- Inhaling and absorbing lotus extracts helps relieve stress, induce calmness and lower blood pressure.
- The lotus is a symbol of purity and rebirth in Eastern religions. Sahasrara—the crown chakra—is also represented as a lotus.
- Vitamin E has strong antioxidant effects, prevents the formation of free radicals and has a preventive effect against tumor growth.
- Thanks to the stimulation of blood circulation, harmful toxins are excreted from the muscles, joints and tissues during the massage.
- The relaxing environment, soothing music and aroma of essential oils contribute to relaxation and a sense of harmony.
General information
- During the ritual, you will lie on the bed in your underwear or naked (recommended for maximum comfort). Women are advised to remove their bras for greater comfort. Cover your private parts with a provided towel.
- Disposable underwear is available, or you can stay in your own. Please bear in mind that there is a risk of soiling your clothes due to the use of oils.
- When you are ready to start the ritual, lie on your stomach on the bed and wait for the masseuse to arrive.
- Adjust the massage’s intensity with the therapist using the password SOFT (for a gentler massage) or STRONG (for a stronger massage).
- We recommend you skip the shower after the massage to give the beneficial oils time to absorb. Wipe off excess oil with a towel.
- Afterwards, relax in the reception area with a cup of herbal tea.
