During a classic Thai massage, therapists focus on the energy body through 10 energy pathways. The basis of the procedure is the compression of acupressure points combined with elements of yoga and stretching. The massage takes place over loose clothing and has a regenerative effect on the entire organism.

- Thai massage works with the whole body. The goal is to open the energy pathways from the feet to the top of the head.
- The stretching elements are used to relieve muscle stiffness, increase the range of motion and support the body’s overall flexibility.
- Thanks to the stimulation of blood circulation and the opening of energy pathways, harmful toxins are eliminated from the body.
- Massage is effective in combating stress. During a massage, the body produces more serotonin and dopamine—the so-called happiness hormones.
- The relaxing environment and soothing music will ensure relaxation of the mind and body.
General information
- Arrive at the salon approximately 15 minutes before the start of the massage so that you can change into the prepared loose clothing.
- Disposable underwear is available, or you can stay in your own. Women are advised to remove their bras for greater comfort.
- When you are ready to begin the massage, lie on your stomach on the bed and wait for the therapist to arrive.
- We recommend not eating for at least an hour before the massage. During the day, you should drink at least half a liter of fluids more than usual.
- Adjust the massage’s intensity with the therapist using the password SOFT (for a gentler massage) or STRONG (for a stronger massage).
- Afterwards, relax in the reception area with a cup of herbal tea.
- We recommend getting one Thai massage per week to gain the maximum benefits.
