We will issue you a gift voucher for the selected procedure or in the value of CZK 1,500, CZK 3,000, CZK 5,000 or CZK 10,000.
While booking in the ESCAPE TIME system, you enter the number and PIN of the gift voucher. The voucher can also be redeemed by phone when booking a massage at +420 734 331 444.
Gift vouchers do not expire. You can use your voucher at any time.
The gift voucher is not issued to any specific name (an elegant envelope is used to personalize the voucher). The voucher can therefore be used by anyone who receives it.
It is a unique numerical code assigned to each voucher and used to identify and verify the voucher’s validity. You can redeem the gift voucher based on the PIN and voucher number. Therefore, it is better not to share your PIN with anyone.
A voucher issued for a monetary amount can be converted to credit after opening an Escape VIP account. You can then use it to pay for any procedure. You can only pay for services in full with a credit; they cannot be paid in addition.
If you lose your voucher, contact us. We will look up your voucher in the system. To do this, we will need as much information from you as possible, such as the date and time of the voucher purchase or the type of voucher. For these reasons, we recommend purchasing vouchers through an Escape VIP account, ensuring quick and easy tracking of your purchase.
