The Christmas gift voucher can be issued for a selected treatment or any amount of your choice.
During the reservation of a service in the ESCAPE TIME system, simply enter the voucher number and PIN. The voucher can also be redeemed over the phone when booking a massage by calling +420 734 331 444.
Christmas gift vouchers have unlimited validity. You can use your voucher at any time.
The Christmas gift voucher is not issued for any specific name (the elegant envelope is used for personalizing the voucher). Therefore, anyone who receives the voucher can use it.
It is a unique numerical code assigned to each voucher. It is used for identification and verifying the validity of the voucher. Based on the PIN and voucher number, you can redeem the gift voucher. Therefore, it’s best not to share the PIN with anyone.
A voucher issued for a monetary amount can be converted into credit after creating an Escape VIP account. This credit can then be used to pay for any service. The credit can only cover services in full; partial payments are not possible.
If you lose your voucher, contact us, and together we will locate the voucher in our system. We will need as much information as possible about the voucher purchase, such as the date and time of purchase or the type of voucher. For this reason, we recommend purchasing vouchers through your Escape VIP account, which ensures quick and easy tracking of the purchase.
You will receive the gift voucher within 3 business days of purchase at the latest. If you need the voucher sooner, we can prepare it for you immediately at the reception.
